We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. The practice observes a ‘Be Kind’ approach regarding abuse towards doctors, practice staff or other health care professionals who work with us. Any incident of abuse will result in the perpetrator being removed from the practice list with no redress.
